The Architectural Studio RAUM + was founded in 2008 under the name RAUMKUNST ZT GmbH by the architects DI Christine Diethör and DI Harald Fux. The office location was a chance find in the heart of Vienna's seventh district with the incomparable and wonderful address 1070 Vienna Mondscheingasse 7/1... the severely dilapidated object on the ground floor was an undiscovered gem from 1914. It was completely gutted and the need for total renovation gave the architects the opportunity to manifest their understanding of architecture from the very beginning. Christine and Harald and their staff have been using it as a practice since 2004. Over the decades, it has proven to be extremely versatile and sustainable, yet has never lost its charm as an street business. The rebranding in 2024, when RAUMKUNST becomes RAUM + , makes it possible to depict and represent the diverse fields of activity in the name, that have been spanned over the years. From sport, housing, education, refurbishment and new construction - always in the context of the built environment, of course - everything can now be integrated into the brand name. This corresponds to the sum of the changes and the level of expertise and innovation that the studio offers today
